About the role
- Diptyque Distribution LLC. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to represent our luxury fragrance and home goods brand during peak seasons.
- You will be responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience, educating clients on Diptyque's unique story and products, and driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain an immaculate and organized sales floor, ensuring products are beautifully displayed and replenished.
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice to have
- Clearly articulate the history, inspiration, and unique qualities of Diptyque products, including fragrances, candles, body care, and accessories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to enhance the client experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting visual merchandising updates.
- Represent the Diptyque brand with professionalism, passion, and a commitment to luxury service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- A genuine passion for luxury products, fragrance, and the Diptyque brand.
