Participates in all phases of the hardware design lifecycle, from initial concept and schematic capture to prototyping, testing, and final integration.
Performs rigorous RF and hardware test setups, debugging, and verification on new product prototypes.
Analyzes system and process performance, interpreting test data to recommend actionable solutions and design improvements to key stakeholders.
Develops and maintains comprehensive technical documentation for new R&D projects and reviews historical test data.
Explores and evaluates the latest RF technologies, components, and methodologies to drive innovation in existing and future product lines.
Assists in reviewing engineering change orders (ECOs), schematic updates, and test procedure modifications for existing designs.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish baseline requirements for electrical engineering and RF design projects.

For New Graduates: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Must have completed core coursework or academic projects related to RF design, electromagnetics, or circuit analysis.
For Experienced Candidates: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 1+ years of hands-on professional experience in electrical engineering, hardware design, or RF testing.

Core Focus: RF Test Setup, Hardware Debugging, System Integration, and Prototype Validation.
Hardware & Instrumentation: Hands-on experience or academic proficiency operating advanced lab equipment, including:
Oscilloscopes
Spectrum Analyzers
Power Meters
Preferred: Network Analyzers and Signal Generators.

$68,400.00 - $102,600.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
