What is the Cache Operating Partner Program?
The Cache Operating Partner Program is your opportunity to partner with Cache as the incoming CEO/COO/VP/GM/President of a newly acquired portfolio company.
Our Operating Partners are experienced leaders and operators currently working within a Software as a Service or Service-Based businesses in a sales, marketing, operations, or key management role.

Operating Partners should expect excellent and unique compensation packages including equity and/or profit share participation.

They are often a key part of a firm's investment strategy and act as a liaison between the firm and its portfolio company.
