Responsibilities
- Perform wall, floor, and roof framing
- Support log and timber work, timber framing, scribing, and coping when applicable
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsite conditions
- Work closely with Superintendents, Lead Carpenters, and fellow field team members
- Maintain personal tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements
- Knowledge of framing, siding, trim work, and general carpentry practices
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and ability to interpret plans in the field
- Experience with roof and wall framing
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Ownership of standard hand and power tools required
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, roofs, and uneven terrain
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and snow
- Full mobility of back, arms, legs, hands, and wrists required to safely perform job duties
