About the role

  • The School Advisor & Enrollment Coordinator serves as the face of Think Academy, creating exceptional experiences for prospective and current families.
  • This role combines educational consultation, student assessment, customer relationship management, and enrollment conversion.
  • As the first point of contact for parents and students, you will conduct learning assessments, analyze students' academic needs, recommend personalized learning pathways, and guide families through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome prospective families and build strong relationships with parents and students.
  • Track leads, consultations, enrollments, and follow-up activities in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, education, admissions, enrollment, or relationship management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with parents and students throughout the day.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to build trust and convert consultations into enrollments.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

  • $20-$28/hour + performance-based commission, targeted $50K-$74K/year
  • Start Date: June 2026
