About the role

The School Advisor & Enrollment Coordinator serves as the face of Think Academy, creating exceptional experiences for prospective and current families.
This role combines educational consultation, student assessment, customer relationship management, and enrollment conversion.
As the first point of contact for parents and students, you will conduct learning assessments, analyze students' academic needs, recommend personalized learning pathways, and guide families through the enrollment process.

Welcome prospective families and build strong relationships with parents and students.
Track leads, consultations, enrollments, and follow-up activities in a timely manner.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, education, admissions, enrollment, or relationship management preferred.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with parents and students throughout the day.
Results-oriented with the ability to build trust and convert consultations into enrollments.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain ongoing relationships with parents and provide continuous support throughout the student's learning journey.
