About the role

  • This role is responsible for strategic account management and expanding opportunities with new business across Southern California.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle across the territory-prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new facility partnerships from first outreach to signed agreement.
  • Lead reengagement campaigns highlighting the new features that support their ability to positively impact continuity of care.
  • Maintain and strengthen Nursa's existing facility relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent, reliable engagement that keeps volume steady.

Requirements

  • (Must have) Several years of full-cycle sales or account management experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • (Must have) Experience managing and growing existing client or partner relationships, ideally in a role that blended new business with account retention.
  • (Must have) Ability to maintain a regular, in-person presence across California, including travel to facilities.
  • (Must have) Clear communicator and relationship builder who can work cross-functionally-including with Finance, Product, and Marketing-to resolve issues and keep accounts healthy.
  • (Nice to have) Background in healthcare, staffing, or marketplace/SaaS, or experience selling into skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care facilities.
