Kioxia America Inc. is seeking an in-house attorney with experience representing companies on a variety of matters, including specifically compliance and HR matters.

Support regulatory compliance, including ESG and trade-related matters.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services and business model.
Ability to form strong working relationships with other employees and partners while maintaining firm adherence to proper legal standards.
KIOXIA America, Inc. is the U.S.-based subsidiary of KIOXIA Corporation, a leading worldwide supplier of flash memory and solid state drives (SSDs).
Reporting directly to the VP and General Counsel, this attorney will assist with and/or manage a broad spectrum of compliance, corporate and transactional legal work, supporting the sales, marketing, and planning teams, including interacting directly with relevant groups in our parent company in Japan.

Law Degree from a nationally recognized law school and member of the California state bar or eligible to register under California's Registered In-House Counsel Program.

Native/bilingual proficiency or full professional proficiency in Japanese preferred.
