- Writes engineering specifications and interprets/analyses test results.
- Objective This position is responsible for leading various Engineering Projects, including new product development, line extension projects & VAVE initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through the Stage Gate based product development process.
- Create requirements documentation, drawings, labels, etc.
- Applies engineering analysis, material selection, and design best practices to develop robust, manufacturable filtration products that meet performance and regulatory requirements.
- Background in certification testing, material selection, and design validation is desirable.
- Successfully manage multiple projects with minimal supervision for product development of water filtration systems.
- Support Quality in conducting root cause analysis on returned products and complaints.
- Make objective, data-driven decisions and organize documentation to support them.
- Experience in interacting with international teams and customer-facing engineering support.
Requirements
- Role typically requires between 3 and 5 years of experience.
Nice to have
- BE/ME in Mechanical/chemical Engineering (M Tech in Polymer Technology / Chemical Engineering- Good to have)

- Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
- Experience and Requirements
- 3-5 years of product development experience in a manufacturing environment- preferably in water filtration, consumer goods, or high-volume engineered products.
- Solid understanding of product development workflows and the Stage Gate process.
- Proficient in CAD software

- Quickly learn new technologies, processes, and systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and utilize problem-solving tools to resolve issues.
