About the role

  • The Avionics Technician is responsible for performing routine avionics maintenance, including testing, removal and replacement of components, wiring installations, pinning, crimping, routing, and troubleshooting of avionics systems.
  • Experience working on Metrea aircraft type and operate within the technician's maintenance training and experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics systems and components in accordance with FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and company standards
  • Work with minimal supervision on routine maintenance tasks and assist in developing solutions to complex technical issues

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Aircraft Structures Experience and advanced knowledge of Aircraft Systems
  • Occasional travel and overtime may be required to support operational demands.
  • It enables groups to self-organize around hard problems, shift fluidly as priorities evolve, and operate with the trust, curiosity, and discipline required in a complex mission space.
