About the role
- We're looking for an Office Manager who will become the operational heartbeat of our headquarters.
- This isn't a traditional front desk or reception role.
- You'll be the person who keeps our office running at an exceptionally high level while creating an outstanding experience for employees, candidates, clients, investors, and every guest who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Create a polished, warm, and professional first impression for everyone visiting Range
- Manage conference rooms and meeting logistics
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Partner with building management and facilities vendors to ensure the office operates smoothly
- Own special projects that improve the employee experience and office operations
