About the role
- Oversee controlled access to production areas, laboratories, hazardous material storage, and secure inventory locations.
- Protect intellectual property, proprietary processes, and regulated materials.
- Applies established policies and procedures while exercising judgment to resolve operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead responses to security incidents, safety-related events, and emergencies.
- Support investigative inquiries and coordinate with HR, Legal, EHS, and Corporate Security as appropriate.
- Partner with Facilities, IT, and vendors on system maintenance, audits, and upgrades.
- Deliver security awareness training to employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Manage day-to-day physical security operations across manufacturing, warehouse, and laboratory spaces, including access control, patrols, monitoring, and incident response.

- BS/BA in a related field required, plus 5 years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, audit, or a combination thereof preferred.
