About the role

  • Who You'll Be Working With: You'll work as an Engineering Manager alongside client stakeholders, project managers, designers and engineering teams to guide projects from early discovery through delivery.
  • You'll be a key technical point of contact, helping clients and internal teams align on approach and execution while ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and well-built.
  • We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in technologies including Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and modern frontend & CMS frameworks
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in software architecture, database systems ( BigQuery/SQL/NoSQL ), and cloud-native applications.
  • What is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in hands-on full-stack development and technical leadership, delivering enterprise level projects
  • Technical design architecture for implementing complex web applications and scalable backend systems.
  • Demonstrated ability in delivery, scalability, and solving complex technical challenges.
  • High standards of code quality, performance, and security across all project deliverables.
  • Code reviews to find slow code and vulnerabilities
  • Mentorship: technical guidance to team members to ensure best practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and Agile methodology skills.
  • 3+ years of engineering lead experience, managing a team of 3-5

  • $190,000 - $210,000 USD
