About the role
- This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, accurate data management, and effective coordination between customers, sales teams, and global offices.
- Prepare and process quotations, rate requests, and RFQs
Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding, account setup, and maintenance in internal systems
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in Excel and CRM platforms
- Support contract administration and documentation flow
- This role may require flexibility to support evolving business and operational needs
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, administrative, or coordination roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. (Form I-9 verification required upon hire)
- No prior shipping experience is required
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Shipping or logistics experience is a plus but not required
