About the role

Civil Litigation Defense Attorney Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing civil litigation matters from inception through resolution and be eager to take on meaningful responsibility.
The right candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in and gain valuable trial experience.

Manage civil litigation defense matters from intake through trial or resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents Conduct and defend depositions Handle court appearances, hearings, and mediations Develop case strategy and prepare cases for trial Communicate regularly with clients and provide case updates Work collaboratively with partners and support staff to drive case outcomes
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience who is looking to build and expand their practice in a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive environment.
This role offers direct mentorship from experienced partners, immediate client interaction, and the opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload based on experience level.
