About the role
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist to join our People and Culture team.
- This internship is perfect for someone with a strong interest in candidate interviews, evaluation, maintaining and creating pipelines for end-to-end recruitment processes.
- As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for screening and qualifying candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their alignment with the organization's needs and values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by networking and leveraging recruitment tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine candidate profiles.
- Gain hands-on experience contributing to projects that drive growth and make a lasting impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Capable of evaluating candidate qualifications and providing well-informed recommendations Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- The ability to video record your answers will be required.
