About the role
- The UKG Onboarding Product team is seeking a Product Manager II to help shape the future of employee onboarding experiences across the UKG suite.
- This role is ideal for a product manager who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys solving complex customer problems, and can balance strategic thinking with strong execution.

Responsibilities
- You will partner closely with engineering, design, research, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions that simplify onboarding workflows for organizations of all sizes.
- You'll own key onboarding capabilities from discovery through delivery, using customer insights, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business and user outcomes.
Requirements
- the ability to work 3 days per week in the office from the start is a requirement.
Skills
- The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $90,900 to $130,700.

- In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
