About the role
- In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance and documentation cleanup of our current networks, hardware, and other related systems.
- You will work on disaster recovery, and replication operations when necessary.
- You will also work closely with the current Administrator to architect new network solutions as time permits, and to correct the existing issues.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot and administer Cisco ASA, Cisco and Nexus network switches and the related compute environments.
- Support and maintenance of a VMware virtual server environment
- Evaluate, support and maintain system performance
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices,
- Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning of network systems.
Requirements
- Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
