About the role

They will oversee key operational activities including managing quarterly certifications, ensuring leases, property and equipment lists are maintained and up-to-date and will be responsible for managing the Youth Safety program.
The successful candidate will be intellectually curious, willing to learn new skills, detail oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities.
Most of all, they will bring a passion for making processes and systems work better for all and find joy in working in collaboration with and in service to a variety of colleagues and the larger Kentucky team.

Responsibilities

Maintain confidentiality of frequently sensitive and emotionally charged information;
Manage projects with several variables, set realistic deadlines, manage a timeline, and ensure accountability.

Requirements

Ability to use existing technology to achieve desired results;
Experience coordinating projects;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination;
Experience generating reports, and analyzing and interpreting data;
Experience managing the schedule and contacts of a senior leader;
Experience with database management
Experience working across departments.
Experience supervising staff, interns and/or volunteers

Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experiences are appreciated;
Ability to implement complex processes;
Demonstrated experience using diplomacy and tact to build strong relationships and motivate staff;
Strong organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks; and/or
Successful experience implementing strategic program goals.

Compensation

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $65,000 - $75,000.
Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
