About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced EDO Program Level Scrum Master to support large-scale Enterprise Data Office (EDO) initiatives within the Asset Management business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) activities.
  • Support delivery of large-scale Data and Analytics programs.

Nice to have

  • Facilitate Agile execution across multiple EDO delivery squads.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and enterprise delivery standards.
  • Monitor sprint progress and delivery forecasts.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • 10-15+ years of IT and Data Program delivery experience.
  • 5+ years as Scrum Master supporting enterprise programs.
  • Experience in Enterprise Data Office (EDO) or Data Governance organizations.
