About the role

- We are seeking an experienced EDO Program Level Scrum Master to support large-scale Enterprise Data Office (EDO) initiatives within the Asset Management business.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) activities.
- Support delivery of large-scale Data and Analytics programs.
Nice to have
- Facilitate Agile execution across multiple EDO delivery squads.
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and enterprise delivery standards.
- Monitor sprint progress and delivery forecasts.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- 10-15+ years of IT and Data Program delivery experience.
- 5+ years as Scrum Master supporting enterprise programs.
- Experience in Enterprise Data Office (EDO) or Data Governance organizations.
