Responsibilities
- Review credit facility legal documents in conjunction with a new facility launch or an amendment
- Partner with IT and operations to ensure proper classification and accuracy of investment portfolio in Allvue and other Adams Street's systems
- Maintain a database of portfolio company level information and perform ongoing and ad-hoc portfolio analysis
- Manage offshore outsourced portfolio monitoring vendor and ensure accuracy of vendor reports
- Collaborate with Investment Strategy and Risk Management team on investment allocations across funding vehicles and ensure compliance with governing documents of each vehicle
- Adams Street Partners' methodology to calculate Assets Under Management (AUM) is based on fund net asset value (NAV), plus unfunded commitments, plus leverage, but excluding the effect of subscription lines of credit.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience, preferably with exposure to private credit, broadly syndicated loans, CLOs and leverage facilities.
- Experience in private markets/financial services industry.
- Ability to synthesize and format large data sets for senior management review.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Power Point with working knowledge of systems and analytical tools also desirable.
- Ability to prioritize and independently execute assigned projects while maintaining careful attention to detail and accuracy.
- A highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team context.
Nice to have
- Graduated from an undergraduate university with a preferred concentration in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Compensation
- $150,000 - $200,000 USD
