About the role
- This role ensures interoperability between advanced analytic tools and current OT systems across air, space, cyber, and Joint operational domains.
- This position requires a current DoD Top Secret SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.
- This position is full-time onsite in Aiea, Hawaii.
Responsibilities

- Palantir Foundry Certified Data Engineer or Application Developer (confirming ontology construction and application design).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Intelligence Studies, Military Studies, or related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- additional experience may substitute for degree.
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Experience supporting military, defense, intelligence, operations, or business process environments.
Nice to have
- Knowledge Management practices and principles
- SharePoint administration or power-user experience
- Microsoft Power Platform familiarity
- Metadata, taxonomy, and content organization
- Military or defense operational awareness
- Collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools
- Experience with Maven Smart System or Palantir-related tools (Ontology, Pipeline Builder), AWS (S3, Bedrock, Kendra), or advanced Microsoft Azure cloud tools.
Skills
- Understanding Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or prompt engineering function.
- Programming: Foundational exposure to Python or SQL for data sorting and processing.
- Certifications Required
- Required Baseline (Within 6 months of hire)
- Recommended or Preferred (Highly Valued, But Not Required to Apply)
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner or AWS Machine Learning - Specialty (proving cloud-based AI system awareness).
- Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) (demonstrating industry-standard traditional knowledge management principles).

Compensation
- $115,000 - $143,000 USD
