Responsibilities
- Perform Point of Care (POCT) testing procedures, after an initial approved competency has been completed.
- Maintain complete and accurate records and check the status of orders and equipment.
- Maintain anesthesia supplies by establishing inventory levels, requisitioning supplies and restocking supplies.
- Maintain equipment by preparing, testing and setting up a variety of anesthetic equipment for surgical use, troubleshoot equipment for problems or repairs and perform preventative maintenance and routine cleaning.

- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel or PowerPoint

- Stock the carts and surgical suites with the required supplies as outlined on the anesthesia surgical suite stock par list.
- Maintain an adequate supply of all stock items in work room and keep the work room clean and in an orderly condition.
