About the role
- The Betr team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join their team.
- The primary focus of this role will be contributing to the development and expansion of our current Laravel-based betting platform, utilizing your strong PHP skills.
- Additionally, this role will involve working with Python on various internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Build amazing consumer experiences, taking responsibility for code quality, scalability, reliability and performance
Requirements
- An interest in or experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS)
- Experience with asynchronous programming
- Experience with Kotlin or Java
- Have the ability to work remotely on complex problems
