About the role
- Responsible for partnering with Sales and Sales Support to deliver accurate, timely pricing quotes for clients and prospects.
- Collaborates cross-functionally and provides guidance on quoting processes, tools, and policies to drive efficiency and consistency.
- This role ensures compliance with pricing, financial, and contractual requirements while resolving order issues, supporting deal execution, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue.
Responsibilities
- Coach and support sales associates to deliver timely, accurate and professional sales quotes for a range of product lines, ensuring f inance, b usiness, legal and professional services requirements are met while optimizing revenue
- Analyze, document, communicate and process contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard
- Deliver training to key stakeholders (e.g. sales, sales operations, deal desk) on quoting and sales tools, pricing policy, changes, and releases supporting product launches
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years' experience in finance, accounting or business operations and analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate across organizational functions
- Price desk experience in the software industry
