About the role
- The New York office of Clifford Chance has an opening for a Senior Trade Finance Associate Attorney in the Firm's Debt Finance Group.
- We advise borrowers, lenders and arrangers on corporate finance and investment grade lending.
- This includes syndicated, club and bilateral loans, revolving credit facilities, private placements and acquisition financings.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school;
- Prior experience in a peer law firm.
