About the role

  • The New York office of Clifford Chance has an opening for a Senior Trade Finance Associate Attorney in the Firm's Debt Finance Group.
  • We advise borrowers, lenders and arrangers on corporate finance and investment grade lending.
  • This includes syndicated, club and bilateral loans, revolving credit facilities, private placements and acquisition financings.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school;
  • Prior experience in a peer law firm.
