About the role
- You'll serve as a travel spe cia list, helping clients book travel, processing vouchers and travel expenses, and ensuring compliance with federal travel regulations.
- You will be responsible for utilizing travel management systems, educating clients on travel processes, identifying travel violations and discrepancies, and ensuring client vouchers and expenses are processed in a timely manner.
- Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client's mission, and problem-solving skills will enable the mission's success.

Requirements
- Assist with the completion and processing of vouchers and ensure all required information and documentation are included.
- 3+ years of experience facilitating federal travel
- Experience with Concur Domestic Travel System Government Edition
- Experience with travel coordination for the U.S. government
- Experience interacting and communicating with internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail and adhere to deadlines and deliverables
- You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
Compensation
- The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
- The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
- Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
