Responsibilities

  • Own the self-serve experience across onboarding, activation, adoption, monetization, and retention for people and agents.
  • Co-own Growth strategy, priorities, hypotheses, and success measures with Growth Product, Engineering, and Data.
  • Build and test working prototypes using the right tools for the question, including Figma, v0, Cursor, and Claude Code.
  • Design and ship experiments, stay involved through implementation, and interpret results without losing sight of trust, accessibility, or the broader funnel.
  • Your portfolio demonstrates strong product design fundamentals and measurable outcomes. It shows how you identified opportunities, understood a funnel, chose what to measure, tested ideas, and improved a shipped product.
  • You design clear, trustworthy experiences across skill levels and abilities. You care about interaction details, edge cases, language, accessibility, and recovery.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

Requirements

  • You have owned ambiguous, complex work from problem framing through launch and iteration.
  • You work directly with Product, Engineering, and Data, explain tradeoffs clearly, seek feedback early, and stay involved through implementation.
  • You know when to use or evolve a system and when a one-off is the fastest responsible way to learn.

  • The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000.
