About the role

This role is central to scaling adoption of Forterra's C3 infrastructure across defense and government customers.
You will grow early engagements into enduring, impactful programs that strengthen operational capability and enable distributed, autonomy-enabled operations at scale.
As VP of C3, Growth, you will connect Forterra's technical C3 stack, including operator interfaces, remote communications links, API integrations, and autonomy systems, to real mission needs.

A strong sense of urgency and ownership, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive outcomes in ambiguous settings.
CLEARANCE ELIGIBILITY - This position may require eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Strong understanding of command and control systems, distributed networks, communications infrastructure, or autonomy-enabled platforms.
Ability to operate effectively at the intersection of technical systems and customer strategy.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to align roadmaps with market opportunities.
U.S. Person status required to access export-controlled data.

The salary range for this role is an estimate and is based on a wide variety of compensation factors.
The salary offered to candidates will vary based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, education, specialized training, critical expertise, training, and more.
