About the role
- Locations: Houston (8718) Business Units: Central About the Job: Full Time Job Function The IT Security Analyst is an onsite role at our Houston office.
- This role will be supporting the protection of enterprise systems, networks, and data across corporate and manufacturing environments.
- This role focuses on hands-on use of security technologies and monitoring platforms to detect threats, investigate incidents, and help ensure compliance.
Nice to have
- Entry-level or associate-level security or network certifications (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CCNA Security).
- Additional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus but not required.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to IT colleagues and business users.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a security-focused role.
- Attention to detail and accountability in following processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
