About the role
- UTA seeks a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting, who will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Technical Accounting Group (CTAG) team with all financial reporting deliverables and technical matters.
- The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $115,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end and year-end close processes for consolidation, including preparing monthly journal entries and reconciliations for complex transactions, including but not limited to, share-based compensation, intangibles, and contingent consideration
- Support the external audit process
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- CPA license is strongly preferred
- candidates actively pursuing CPA certification will also be considered
- Entertainment or media industry experience preferred

Compensation
- Assist in preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements, quarterly covenant calculations and reporting, and annual financial statements and footnote disclosures
