Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA Strategies: Utilize ABA methods to address behavioral goals and support student progress.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and progress reports on student behavior and therapy outcomes.
  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based services that make a profound difference.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in ABA or similar settings preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and effective communication skills.
  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientifically validated approach aimed at improving behavior through targeted strategies.

Compensation

  • $22 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.
