About the role

At Cannabis & Glass, our Assistant Managers are operational leaders who set the tone for their teams every single shift.

Lead daily store operations including compliance, cleanliness, and team execution
Manage and reconcile all cash operations - vault, registers, pickups, and EOD reports
Coach and develop employees to deliver best-in-class customer service and meet sales goals
Partner with corporate departments on procurement, HR, and marketing initiatives
Maintain schedule flexibility, reliability, and professional leadership standards at all times
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of up to 25 employees per shift

Familiarity with POS, kiosk, or order management systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Must be 21+ and meet all Oregon state requirements for cannabis industry employment
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

$44,740 - $53,664 annually
Holiday pay at 1.5x for shifts worked on: New Year's Day, 4/20, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
