- Partner with engineering teams to translate business requirements into user stories and specifications

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, Insurtech, or financial services
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with insurance premium financing, payments, or lending products
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
Compensation
- $90,000 - $110,000 USD
