Responsibilities

  • Confirm vendor lead times, production schedules, and delivery sequencing.
  • Identify long-lead and critical materials early.
  • Maintain accurate trackers reflecting approval progress and material readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation practices.
  • Maintain full-time, in-person collaboration (Monday-Friday).

Requirements

  • Request required submittals from subcontractors and vendors in accordance with contract documents and project schedules.

  • JPI has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Lead to join our Supply Chain team located in Dallas, TX.
  • This role performs the day-to-day operational work required to ensure submittals, shop drawings, product data, and material procurement activities are properly requested, tracked, routed, approved, and distributed in alignment with the project schedule.
  • The Specialist supports procurement readiness and schedule reliability by ensuring all items are accurately statused against the OPC schedule and escalated when risks arise.

  • Upload, log, and route submittals in Procore, ensuring correct workflows and reviewers are assigned.
