About the role

- Your work directly enhances the client experience, strengthens long-term‑ relationships, and keeps essential mailing and shipping operations running smoothly across a diverse customer base.
- This is a remote, field-based‑ role with your primary service area located within 2 hours of Natchitoches, LA.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will combine technical skills, customer service, and independent problem-solving‑ to support our full suite of mailing and shipping technologies-from Inserters to Smart Lockers. You will:
- Manage a multi zip‑ ‑code territory within 2 hours of Natchitoches, LA or surrounding areas with up to 80% driving time.
- Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Requirements
- Occasional travel outside this radius may be required.
Nice to have
- Are familiar with Windows, PCs, and basic networking (preferred)
- Have experience with automated or electro‑mechanical equipment (preferred)
