About the role

Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for innovation?
We're seeking an R&D Technician to join our Hard Product Innovation team.
In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in the development and testing of our next-generation products and technologies.

Assist in the design and fabrication of custom fixtures to aid in measurement, inspection, testing, and evaluation.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support product development and consumer testing.
Prototyping & Assembly: Assemble and inspect prototypes. Assist in the design and fabrication of custom fixtures to aid in measurement, inspection, testing, and evaluation.
Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support product development and consumer testing.
Self-starter; you own your work
You will work cross-functionally with Product Design Engineering, Quality, and other in house teams.

Associate's degree or certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Technology, etc.) or equivalent practical experience (e.g. model shop, toolmaker)
Proficiency in operating lab equipment for component or product testing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
