About the role
- The StudioBuilt team is comprised of experienced individuals from all trades, working to continuously improve the production process.
- If you possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership traits this is the opportunity for you to get in on the ground floor of a new venture in Modular housing in the CUERO TX factory.
- Work Environment - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member may be exposed to noise, wood products, plastics, lubricants moving mechanical parts and vibration.
Responsibilities
- Ability to Lead and train manufacturing associates
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with Plant and Safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Leads a team to install all plumbing requirements for our modular homes.
- Give feedback to help reduce costs of materials or time to perform tasks.
Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- Must be able to communicate effectively (written, verbal) and maintain a professional level of interaction with all members of the company to deliver accurate information.
- Must be computer literate to be able to read documents on computer or iPad
- Must have held or still have Plumbing Texas JMN License
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties.
