Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary client liaison to government program leadership, building trust through consistent, transparent, outcome-focused engagement
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams operating in a SAFe Lean-Agile model with 2-week sprints, MBSE, and DevSecOps practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of program/project management experience, including 3+ years in DoD or federal contracting environments
  • Experience managing government client relationships at the program leadership level
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure delivery, DevSecOps concepts, and federal security frameworks (NIST RMF, STIG, ATO processes) at a program management level
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • PMP or SAFe certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering in highly regulated, security-sensitive government environments
  • Experience growing a program from initial award through expansion
  • Familiarity with MBSE and earned value management

Skills

  • Navigate federal acquisition and security requirements (FAR, NIST, DoD security frameworks) while maintaining delivery momentum
  • Identify and shape program growth opportunities, translating emerging mission needs into scoped, executable work

Compensation

  • The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont,
  • As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
  • The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
  • Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
  • $118,400 - $260,900 USD
