The Site Controller is responsible for financial oversight of our active data center construction sites.

Variance Analysis & Forecast Accuracy · Conduct monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc financial deep dives for project financial reporting. · Analyze PO/invoice deviations against customer and/or internal budgets and create action plans to mitigate risks. · Present financial performance to stakeholders, including Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance.
Vendor Reporting Against Internal Budgets · Partner with business requestors and Business Owners who manage relationships with relevant vendors during construction and operations to monitor and report against budgets. · Coordinate with Procurement on contract negotiation support and vendor financial vetting.
Financial Reporting & Executive Visibility · Deliver highly accurate project financial reporting packages, including: o Monthly leadership dashboards o Regular project financial reports o Financial cash-burn curves o Financial scenario modeling 7.
Ability to partner with construction leaders and push back tactfully when needed.
Employees may perform other related duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs.

Procore Financial Controls & NetSuite Integration ·

(minimum requirements that can be quickly identified on a resume) Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
6-10+ years in project finance, cost control, construction accounting, or infrastructure development.
Deep knowledge of Procore Financials and strong ERP proficiency (NetSuite preferred).
Experience with large-capex projects ($1B+ ideal).
