About the role
- Supplies production with a continuous supply of material.
- Monitors the stockpiles for excessive heat, turns stockpiles, extinguishes small fires and ensures the proper amount of water is used to prepare the stockpile for production use.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team
- Must have at least one year experience operating a PIT or other heavy equipment
- Must be able to do basic math functions such as adding, subtracting and dividing
- Must be able to read and write
- Must be able to complete the pre-shift inspection forms
