Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HRIS projects, from business requirements gathering through design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Manage Workday implementation and enhancement projects, with a strong focus on:
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes through system optimization and best practices.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define future-state processes and system capabilities.
  • Support Workday releases, feature adoption, and roadmap planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing HRIS or HR technology projects.
  • Proven experience leading Workday implementations or major Workday enhancement projects.
  • Experience managing global, multi-country projects.
  • Spanish language proficiency will be highly valued Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project governance skills.
