About the role

Recruiting and retaining great people is critical to Morningstar's future.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving that impact, with a specific focus on hiring technology talent across North America.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting and is interested in deepening their expertise in technical hiring across engineering, data, and product domains.

We design and deliver end-to-end programs and experiences that support the entire talent lifecycle.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire high-caliber talent into a range of technical roles that support Morningstar's evolving technology landscape.
