Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize outcomes
- Supervise and mentor PTAs and rehabilitation support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong clinical support
- Leadership opportunities, including mentoring PTAs and support staff
- Professional autonomy to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized care
Nice to have
- Pediatric and/or neurological rehabilitation experience preferred
