About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key healthcare clients
- Strategic Account Planning and Execution
- Actively pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships built on a deep understanding of client needs and objectives
- Manage client expectations, deliverables, and escalations to drive satisfaction and retention
- Develop comprehensive account plans aligned to organizational goals and client strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams - sales, marketing, and technical - to execute account plans effectively
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, and drive initiatives to capitalize on them
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies aligned to client objectives and market trends
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals
Requirements
- experience and training
- A proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving revenue targets

- Certification in Account Management (e.g., CAM or equivalent) preferred

Compensation
- The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
- At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
- A reasonable estimate of the starting base salary for this role is $180,000, with the potential for a higher base depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the position.
