About the role
- Regional Enrichment Coordinators serve as Togetherhood's eyes, ears, and presence in the field.
- You'll also serve as a substitute instructor when needed.
- Program continuity is our highest priority, and Regional Enrichment Coordinators play a critical role in ensuring students continue to have a positive experience even when unexpected staffing challenges arise.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll visit schools throughout your region, observe programs, coach instructors, build relationships with school staff, and help strengthen program quality.
- Regional Enrichment Coordinators make that possible through coaching, relationship-building, and consistent field presence.
Requirements
- You'll visit different schools across your region most days you work, so the ideal candidate enjoys variety and being on the go.
Compensation
- $12k-$15k
