This person will be responsible for the provision of skilled nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families.
Interdisciplinary teams of 11-15 with a narrow geographical coverage area (multiple teams per county)
Organizational support for professional development - education leave and stipend, culture of developing leaders within the organization, clinicians in every level of leadership including CEO
