Additionally, will support key Business Operating Mechanisms such as Daily Management System (DMS), pacing, MOR reviews, and business reporting mechanisms.
This role reports to the USCAN AIS Finance Leader and closely partners with the USCAN CVIS/SI commercial leadership, the global CVIS/SI Leaders (Finance and Ops), USCAN FP&A team, and Operational Leadership teams to drive growth and margin expansion in USCAN CVIS/SI.

Develop and maintain a fully loaded P&L model at total segment and sub-modality level, consistent with the existing USCAN P&L structure and consistent with what is reported to overall GEHC.
Partner with Product Finance, Region Finance and USCAN
Support planning (WWPP/LTS/Budget) for the Imaging P&L and drive closing & reporting communication (quarter close, IR script, MOR reviews).
Ownership of cost analytics (SG&A and Fixed Production Cost) as well as headcount/tradeoffs to support capital allocation.
Support the USCAN CVIS/SI Leadership with P&L-specific analytics and requests including deal analysis, market insights, topline volume analytics, contribution margin (CM) and pricing analytics, and cost management.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 5+ years of finance work experience (commercial finance, FP&A, etc.) or related OR OFLP graduate with 4 + years financial experience
Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros)
Excellent Communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level) functions and regions
able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers
Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions
able to quickly grasp new ideas
Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations

Strong critical thinking and analytic skills
Organized and able to drive financial reporting

Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
