Responsibilities
- Additionally, will support key Business Operating Mechanisms such as Daily Management System (DMS), pacing, MOR reviews, and business reporting mechanisms.
- This role reports to the USCAN AIS Finance Leader and closely partners with the USCAN CVIS/SI commercial leadership, the global CVIS/SI Leaders (Finance and Ops), USCAN FP&A team, and Operational Leadership teams to drive growth and margin expansion in USCAN CVIS/SI.

- Develop and maintain a fully loaded P&L model at total segment and sub-modality level, consistent with the existing USCAN P&L structure and consistent with what is reported to overall GEHC.
- Partner with Product Finance, Region Finance and USCAN
- Support planning (WWPP/LTS/Budget) for the Imaging P&L and drive closing & reporting communication (quarter close, IR script, MOR reviews).
- Ownership of cost analytics (SG&A and Fixed Production Cost) as well as headcount/tradeoffs to support capital allocation.
- Support the USCAN CVIS/SI Leadership with P&L-specific analytics and requests including deal analysis, market insights, topline volume analytics, contribution margin (CM) and pricing analytics, and cost management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 5+ years of finance work experience (commercial finance, FP&A, etc.) or related OR OFLP graduate with 4 + years financial experience
- Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros)
- Excellent Communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level) functions and regions
- able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
- able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers
- Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions

Compensation
- We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $154,000.00-$231,000.00 Annual.
- It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
