About the role

  • McCormick has 135+ years of heritage, a presence in 150+ countries and territories, and a portfolio of trusted brands.
  • The transaction remains subject to consultation, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions with a targeted deal close of mid-2027.
  • PURPOSE The key contribution of Associate Procurement Manager- Superior Availability is the ensuring Service, Quality & Resilience for inbound material supply.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross category & cross functional service initiatives and pillars as a member of the
  • Support the business in all procurement activities related to MRP.
  • Develop and execute the material resilience strategy for North America in support of derisking high impact materials and delivering on business continuity needs
  • Lead the establishment of best practices to drive service metrics (Service, Quality and Inventory) to plants from whole supply. Provide voice and proposed action plans on all potential risks to supply continuity and build structural resiliency.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000.
  • Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
  • Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
