- Prospect and pitch new business, expanding Red Seat Ventures' footprint and share of client advertising budgets.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development by identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across advertising agencies and brands.
- Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations that clearly articulate value and drive incremental revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle-from initial outreach and proposal creation through negotiation, closing, and post-sale account management.
- Create custom marketing and media solutions that align with client goals and optimize results across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically manage high-value accounts and negotiate complex, multi-platform partnerships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of leveraging insights to drive performance and innovation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in national audio or digital media sales, with established relationships at major agency holding companies and direct clients.
Compensation
- Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-127,000.00 annually.
