About the role

  • Banker Foundations Trainees complete mandatory and elective rotations over the course of 18 - 20 months.
  • These areas of the bank could include retail, credit, lending, IT, HR, wealth management, treasury/investor relations, marketing, accounting/finance/tax, mortgage and credit card.
  • The goal of the program is to train high potential talent for key areas of the bank.
